*This year we will be practicing with the Elk Grove Jr. Grens. Practice will alternate being held at Conant High School and Elk Grove High School.  

 

Intro To Wrestling

 

(Tuesdays - 6:30-7:30pm) $200  ~  Week of November 12, 2019 - February 16, 2020

 

For 1st - 8th graders new to wrestling. Practice will be every Tuesday from 6:30-7:30pm. Wrestlers will receive basic instruction and will compete in the Jr. Cougar Open Tournament to show off the skills they have learned. A one time registration fee of $200 covers all practices, IKWF wrestling card, and gear rental. Open to any new or returning club members.

Cougar Club Member 

 

(Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 6:30-8:00pm) $200 ~  November 12, 2019 - March 12, 2020

These practices are geared For 4th - 8th graders familiar to wrestling, new or returning and ready to take on a larger commitment and based on coaches discretion. Practice will be every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6:30-8:00pm. Wrestlers will receive basic as well as more advanced instruction and can compete in IKWF sanctioned tournaments each weekend.  A one time registration fee of $200 covers all practices, IKWF wrestling card, team gear rental, and competition fees for all tournaments. Open to any new or returning club members
